Data from the Show

Show exhibitors and purchasers of prize tickets: We use your personal data to prepare displays, judge entries and distribute prizes.

Purchasers of barn dance tickets: We use your personal data to distribute tickets and to collect payments.

Society members including officers: We use your data for anonymised analysis of membership numbers and to distribute information about forthcoming meetings and shows.

Sponsors: We use your data to liaise with you about the content, design and placing of advertisements, and for invoicing.

Suppliers of services such as, but not limited to, stands and attractions at the Show: We use your data to allocate space, to liaise with you about specific requirements, and for invoicing and payments.
